Survivors protective services is a privately owned security solution providers which has provided reliable security service to Ontario and the surrounding area.

The company was founded in 2018 and has headquarters located in Mississauga, Ontario. Survivors protective services has adapted greatly to the ever-expanding and diversified Ontario market while delivering quality security solutions. Survivors protective services is licensed by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services. We are in full compliance with the Private Security and Investigative Services Act. In addition to working for customer service satisfaction, we strictly adhere to government protocol and procedure so that our clients are protected and have confidence in our ability to meet their security needs. We are prepared for all scenarios and contingency. With a $5,000,000.00 general insurance policy, we can make you feel secure and protected at all times.

All our security guards are authorized by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services and have completed the minimum mandated 40-hour training program. In addition, our rigorous in-house training program and on-site training ensure our officers are friendly, polite, courteous, and respectful.

Survivors Protective Services is equipped with state-of-the-art dispatch and scheduling systems, allowing for quick communication throughout the company. Our system notifies our dispatchers within 10 minutes if a guard is absent or has failed to report for duty and promptly assign another guard. Proper communication and a clear set of orders both at the site and at the head office guarantees management and guards know exactly the tasks and duties required at your service location.

Survivors Protective Services is focused on providing excellent customer service. Each new site is carefully inspected and surveyed by a security specialist, who selects the right security personnel to keep the site secured and the client satisfied. Survivors Protective Services maintains the highest level of proficiency and competence by minimizing guard turn over at your secured locations. Our clients always have a direct line of communication with the company owners, allowing immediate response to emergency issues.

Survivors Protective Services rigorous hiring process ensures only those most capable are employed at our company. All our applicants are rigorously screened and cross-referenced prior to hiring. We use a six-step process to identify each guard’s strengths, ensuring supervisors assign guards to site duties most suited to their particular attributes. All our guards receive site-specific training to supply exceptional individualized service.
RELIABILITY
Documentation is an important aspect of security. Survivors Security’s detailed reporting system allows clients to access events up to two years from the date of occurrence. Our guards are trained to document the ‘who, what, when, where and how’ of any incident on-site during their duty hours.
