The Founding Story
A company built to be beyond ordinary security.
Survivors Protective Services didn't begin with a grand thesis. It began with a frustration one shared by dozens of Ontario property managers, contractors, and event organizers we'd worked alongside over the years.
The security industry, for all its uniformed seriousness, had quietly become a race to the bottom. Guards hired on Monday, deployed Tuesday, gone by Friday. Dispatch calls routed to overseas call centres. Subcontractors sent in place of the personnel you actually signed a contract with. “Trust me, we patrolled” in place of any real reporting. Coverage gaps no one owned. And every year, premiums that somehow went up anyway.
