How quickly can you deploy?
For most service lines we can have personnel on-site within 48–72 hours. Emergency fire watch and after-hours construction coverage can often be activated same-day, subject to availability. We maintain a roster of standby personnel for exactly this reason.
Are your guards licensed in Ontario?
Yes — 100%. Every Survivors guard holds a valid PSISA licence issued by the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General. We also carry $5M in general liability insurance and are WSIB registered. Copies of licences and certificates are available on request.
Can we get the same guards each shift?
On retainer and project contracts, yes — we assign a consistent team and keep rotations as stable as possible. Familiarity with the site improves performance. Any scheduled rotation includes a documented handoff briefing so nothing falls through the cracks.
What reporting do we receive?
You receive a digital activity report at the end of every shift, plus immediate incident alerts when anything significant occurs. Monthly summaries are sent to your point of contact. All logs are GPS-timestamped and stored for 90 days.
Do you serve all of Ontario?
We are headquartered in Brampton with primary coverage across the Greater Toronto Area, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding Peel and Halton regions. Contact us for coverage outside these areas — we evaluate out-of-region requests on a case-by-case basis.
What is the minimum contract length?
There is no long-term minimum for short-term or event deployments. Monthly retainers typically run on 30-day rolling terms. Project contracts are scoped to the project duration. We don’t believe in locking clients into arrangements that no longer serve them.
